01 Product Introduction
The thermal conductive and wave-absorbing material has the dual functions of wave absorption and heat conduction. It is a composite material made of polymer silica gel as the base material and added with various wave-absorbing powders and additives. The product can meet the functional requirements of low interfacial thermal resistance and electromagnetic wave absorption under low pressure, and it also has good insulation and voltage resistance performance as well as environmental stability.
B5025 is a new type of EMI shielding material that combines wave-absorbing and heat-conducting solutions. It can be placed between the heat source and the heat sink like a general thermal conductive sheet, or between other devices that require heat conduction for heat transfer. This product is very suitable for anti-crosstalk applications in the frequency range of 1-40GHz.
