01 Product Introduction
The wave-absorbing and heat-conductive material, as the name implies, is a material that can meet both the wave-absorbing performance and the heat-conductive performance. The wave-absorbing and heat-conductive product is a composite material made of polymer silicone rubber as the base material, added with ceramic powder, magnetic particles and corresponding additives. The product can achieve low interfacial thermal resistance performance and electromagnetic wave-absorbing performance under relatively low pressure, and has good insulation and withstand voltage characteristics and environmental stability.
NQ-B9010 is a new type of EMI shielding material that combines wave-absorbing and heat-conductive solutions. It can be placed between the heat source and the radiator like a general heat-conductive sheet, or between other devices that require heat conduction for heat transfer. By controlling the thickness, it has a good absorption effect in the operating frequency band of 4-110GHZ, and is especially suitable for applications in the field of optical modules.
