01 Product Introduction
B9030 is a composite material, which is made of polymer silica gel as the base material and added with various wave-absorbing powders and additives. It has the dual functions of wave absorption and heat conduction. It can absorb the leaked electromagnetic radiation and achieve the purpose of eliminating electromagnetic interference. This enables the terminal products to have a better reliability design. The heat-conducting and wave-absorbing materials are mostly applied in the field of communication products.
02 Product Features
① High weather resistance and anti-aging property
② Wide absorption frequency band and good absorption performance
③ The product itself has adhesiveness and does not require backing adhesive.
④ Relatively light in weight, not easy to be damaged, easy to bend, and can be processed and cut.
⑤ Non-toxic and environmentally friendly, and can be used for a long time.
⑥ It can operate stably within the working temperature range of -45°C to +200°C and reaches the UL94-V0 flame retardant grade.
